Name – Provider name
Email – Provider valid email address. (Ex: username@gmail.com)
Mobile – It displayes the mobile number.
Updated At -Can find the Provider updated date
Status – The current status of the provider (approve or decline).
Action – Admin can access the edit, view, delete, view documents, verify email address, approve or decline the particular provider details.
