Provider: Name of the booking provider.
Subscriptions: Title of the subscriptions.
Payment Id: Subscription payment id.
Plan: Number months on subscription plan.
Total: Total amount for subscription plan.
Status: Status for the payments(Paid/Not Paid).
Is Cancelled: In subscription is cancelled or not status.
Action: Click the action can see the single view page for subscription payments.
